My name is Matt Davis, and I am a professional Graphics and Web Site Designer. I have almost ten years of experience in the design industry. I have created designs for web sites, logos, tradeshow booths, product appearance, and everything in between.

I was born and raised in Lancaster County and graduated from Ephrata Senior High School in 1995. I started my college career taking Computer Science at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA. After becoming extremely bored with trying to type endless amounts of code, I decided that Computer Science was not for me. I had always been artistic, so in 1997 I transferred to Millersville University and took up Fine Arts as my major. It did not take long for me to put my art and computer skills together, and I ended up switching my major to Commercial Art. In Decmber of 2000 I graduated from Millersville University with a BFA.

My professional career began with a company called Sigma Electronics, Inc., located in East Petersburg, PA. During my time with Sigma I completely recreated the company's image and gave them a much stronger visual presence in the marketplace. I designed several tradeshow booths and displays for them and recreated their website several times to help them keep pace in their market.

Recently I began developing websites on a contract basis for a Web Design agency in Utah called Heritage Web Solutions. That contract is ongoing, and the list of sites I have designed for them is growing steadily.

I have also worked independently for many years. I have developed websites, designed business identity packages, created logos, designed advertisements, and much more. I enjoy working directly with clients and pride myself on delivering the best customer service possible. I value every client's input for their own project, and I design for you and your needs. I will tell you exactly what I feel you need and will not try to sell you all of the needless bells and whistles that so many other designers try to sell.

I am currently located in Akron, Pennsylvania. Akron is right beside Ephrata, and just outside of Lancaster. While that is where I am living, I will do design work for anyone in the U.S. Today's technology allows me to be able to show my clients proofs over the computer from anywhere, so distance is not a problem.
